More Political Stuff

I’m sorry that I didn’t post yesterday; it has been a busy past couple of days for us. We worked at the farm and volunteered at our local thrift store so I am very tired today. I woke up this morning to my little sister piping in the door saying;

“They said on the T.V. that John McCain is might pick Sarah as his vice president.”

Still half asleep I smiled and said, “I don’t think McCain would pick me.” I thought that my sister was just telling a joke.

“Not you, the governor from Alaska!” I was out of bed in a minute. After several months of hearing short lists of people I didn’t like at all, I was ecstatic to learn that McCain had picked such a conservative V.P.
